A powerhouse of healing, Arnica (Arnica montana) has been used for thousands of years to treat everything from muscle and joint pain, to osteoarthritis, to deep bruises and sprains. The extract of Arnica is well known for it's ability to treat traumatized, and injured, muscle tissues, and skin, due to a complex of natural lactone compounds and helenalin, which give the herb powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties. These compounds are shown to improve peripheral circulation, reduce swelling and inflammation, and trigger the immune response. Arnica was effective in treating sprains, strains, bruises, insect bites, swelling, and other inflammatory conditions.

Don't let the small size, of the Pure Pro Arnica Concentrate, fool you. This concentrate is powerful and only requires a few drops to be effective. Use 3-4 drops directly on a serious injury or dilute 30 drops of into an 8 ounce bottle of oil or lotion for an all purpose arnica massage oil.
