Struggling to keep your biomagnetism magnets in place? You’re not alone. It’s one of the most
common questions I get! Biomagnetism offers incredible health benefits, but figuring out how to secure your magnets shouldn’t be stressful. The good news? There are plenty of super simple ways to keep your magnets exactly where you want them. Pick the method that works best for you, and let the magnets do their magic!
Tape Them in Place
Tape is such an easy go-to. I love masking tape because it’s just the right level of sticky, but painter’s or even Scotch tape works just as well.
Over clothes: Stick the tape and magnets directly onto your clothing for most placements.
Direct to skin: If there’s no clothing covering the area, like your face, neck, or hands, tape the magnets right onto your skin.
Pro Tip: Clean, dry skin helps tape stick better. Skip the makeup and lotion beforehand for the best results.
Use a Hair Clip for Head Placements
Magnets on the head can be a little tricky (and honestly, no one wants their hair stuck in tape). A metal hair clip makes it so much easier:
Clip your hair where you want the magnet to go.
Pop the magnet on top of the clip—it sticks like magic!
No hair? No worries. You can tape the magnets to your skin or even pop on a hat and tape them to the outside. Both work perfectly and keep things hassle-free.
Lay Down on the Magnets
Placing magnets on your kidneys, spine, or other areas on your back? Let gravity do the work for you!
Lie down with the magnets under you. It’s a great excuse to rest while your magnets do their thing.
If you’re sitting in a chair, lean back so your body holds the magnets in place against the chair.
This method is a favorite when I’m too tired to deal with tape or need a quick moment of calm.
Try the Magnet Sandwich
This is my favorite trick when I’m on the go; it’s easy, quick, and requires no tape.
Place one magnet on the inside of your shirt or clothes.
Place another magnet on the outside, right over the first one.
The magnets will stick together through the fabric, holding everything securely in place. No tape, no fuss, no problem!
Make It Work for You
There’s no one-size-fits-all way to keep your magnets in place. Some days, I go all out with my masking tape. Other days, I’m throwing on a magnet sandwich and heading out the door. It’s all about what feels easy and works for your day.
